We are concerned with keeping your medical bills as low as possible.  One way we accomplish this is by requesting payment on the day of your visit.

   Participating Insurance plans - We will bill the insurance company and receive payment.  If only partial payment is received, the patient will be billed for the balance due.  Any co-payments are due at the time of your visit.

   Non-Participation Insurance Plans - If we do not participate in your insurance plan, we ask that you pay for any charges at the time of your visit.

   Medicare - We accept assignment from Medicare.  That means Medicare pays us for 80% of the allowable amount.  By law, we are required to collect a 20% co-payment.  If you have secondary insurance, we will bill your carrier for you 20% co-payment.

   HMO's - We belong to several area health plans.  Please ask us about yours.
